I usually make tomato or mushroom soup as my go-to warming dinners. This recipe for Coconut Curry Mushroom Soup was a lovely twist on my regular Mushroom Soup. I used coconut meat instead of the avocado, added curry powder and two handfuls of fresh cilantro. It was so good, I literally licked the bowl clean.

Meatball Sliders

These are recipes that aren’t in my book, which has my most favorite ones. But these are new ones I’ve learned and want to share with everyone!

When we were at the Woodstock Fruit Festival my mom and dad watched Dr. Doug make meatball sandwiches. We made smaller ones today and my dad said they are called “sliders” when they are small.
We don’t do much dehydrated food (except onion crackers) but this one you only dehydrate for 2 hours so it still has most of its water still in it. The dehydrator just softens the veggies.

Try it. It’s easy and you can just wing it!

Mushroom Veggie Burger

I tweaked this veggie burger 4 times to get the recipe perfect, and I thoroughly believe that this is the best salt-free raw veggie burger recipe out there. The portobello mushrooms give the recipe a meaty texture and taste while the bell peppers it gives the burger a wonderful, rich deep smokey flavor. It’s perfect for anyone that wants something savory.
