Instructions
  1. Wash, peel and chop the tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, onion and garlic.
  2. Place the tomatoes in the blender and puree them.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients and process until you have a smooth homogenous texture.
  4. Taste the soup and add more salt and pepper, if desired.
  5. Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
  6. Enjoy
Recipe Notes

Chives can be substituted for onion.
Garlic chives can be substituted for garlic.
Celery or powdered celery can be substituted for salt.
